Premier PlaySafe Daycare Safety Dog Collar, Small 3/4″ Neon Lemon

I was thinking about being a babysitter for other people’s kids (obviously) but I was wondering if I’m watching several people’s kids at once regularly at what point would it become a home daycare? I’m just trying to figure out if I need to get a degree in early childhood, get lienced to be a daycare director or what. I just don’t want to get into this and all of a sudden I’m in trouble because I missed something some where. Thanks for your help!
I have been searching the net for sites about home child care but I’m not really finding anything that is telling me what Missouri would require or what they consider the difference is. Does anyone have suggestions on where to look?

I’m 15, going to be a sophmore in high school in September, and have just recently decided that if my acting career doesn’t work out, that I would like to work in daycare or in a preschool. What kind of classes should I take, major, and any other information I need to know about?

Any other tips or advice is greatly apperciated. Thanks for your time!
Edit: I live in California if that helps

Does anybody know of any websites that explain in detail everything that a daycare administrator does and how to go about doing it?

I found it to be interesting. Basically it said that a parent needs to find quality daycare and be a good parent and your child may not have behavioural problems later in life.
My daughter (18 months) has been in daycare since she was 13 months about 7 hours a day. I don’t feel it’s the ideal situation but I don’t financially have a choice. I also feel her daycare is quality. I,as her parent, make sure we stick to a routine and when I pick her up she has my undivided attention until 5:00 when I have to make dinner and start a few other chores. I’m hoping that will detour any issues down the road.
What are your thoughts about this new study?

Right now my baby attends one close to work. I am planning on switching him to a close to home one. It is about 20-25 from work. His dad works driving a school bus. So he comes home in between runs. So I figured if something happened he can get to the daycare before me. Just asking.

I have one child who recently attends my daycare. He is pretty much spoiled by his parents and grand parents. He seems really friendly but when i am not looking he likes to push other children and take their toys away. ( just to make them cry) Sometimes he’ll run into the other kids, knocking them down.Sometimes he would act like he is giving the toy to another child but instead pushes them down or yells at them–with lots of anger. In front of me he acts like an angel but socially he doesnt seem to be nice to the other kids and seems to be doing it intentionally. He is 3.5 years old and seems really prejudice toward other kids. when his moms picks him up he seems to act up more. With me, he’ll ignore what i say sometimes, when i ask him to clean up or something. How can i help this child out. I know its too soon to say its a behavioral problems. Because all kids do act up sometimes. But I am bganing to feel that the other kids dont really want to play with him-since he is mean hearted.
